Jiangjin Rice Cake

Jiangjin rice cake was originally called Taihezhai rice cake, made in 1910. Originally the rice was fried with sand and now with oil. Because it's crispy and sweet, with elaborate shape, cheap and convenient, it’s popular inside and outside the province and had been sold abroad in early 1960s. It was appraised as high-quality good of year 1979 by Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce.
