XIHAIZHEN, China, July 11 (Xinhua) -- Oleksandr Polivoda of Switzerland's Atlas Personal - Jakroo (ARH) triumphed Thursday at the fifth stage of the Tour de Qinghai Lake.

Pourseyedigolakhour Mirsamad from Iran's Tabriz Petrochemical Team (TPT) secured his yellow jersey, which represents the leader of general classification.

Mirsamad also won the blue jersey and polka-dot jersey, which represent the best Asian rider and best climber, respectively.

The green jersey, symbol of the best sprinter, went to Luis Mas Bonet from Spain's Burgos BH-Castilla.

The fifth stage from Tianjun County of Haixi Mongolian and Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture to Xihaizhen Township of Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture covers a total distance of 203 kilometers.

The stage consists mostly of flat roads, with a Category 3 climb setup at an altitude of 3,396 meters above sea level.
