Alataw, a town on the China-Kazakhstan border, lies on the western-most point of Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region. The Alastaw Station is the last stop in China during the Media Tour along Yuxin'ou.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- With the normalized operation of international railways, such as Yuxin'ou (Chongqing-Xinjiang-Europe) railway, about 74,000 tons of goods travel through the Alataw Pass, the country's largest land port of entry every day with an import-export volume of about 50 million dollars, according to a responsible person with Alataw Pass Custom.
