Yuxin’ou expected to bring Chongqing investors to Belarus

Sino- Belarus Industrial Park is located in the geometric center of the Eurasian continent and covers Russia and the whole middle-east Europe. With a planning area of 90 square kilometers, it is 25 kilometers away from Minks, the Belarusian capital. International and intercontinental expressways and railways run through the park.

The comprehensive tax for investment in the industrial Park is only 4%.

The news group of the Media Tour along Yuxin’ou (Chongqing-Xinjiang- Europe) International Railway on Aug.29 local time arrived in Minks, the capital city of Belarus, visiting Sino- Belarus Industrial Park.

“We sincerely hope that the Yuxin’ou railway will bring Chongqing investors to Belarus,” a responsible person with the development company of the industrial park was quoted.

China and Belarus signed an agreement in 2011 to establish an industrial park in the suburbs of Minsk. It will accommodate 150,000 residents. The first phase of the project, covering an area of 11 square kilometers will by put into operation this November and completed before 2015.

The industrial park will specialize on electronics, biomedical, fine chemical and mechanical engineering and enable Chinese goods to enter duty-free into the markets of Russia and Kazakhstan.

It is reported that Chinese companies including Midea, Huawei and ZTE are willing to settle into the industrial park.
