October 29th: Chongqing Art Museum opens to the public.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Art Museum was opened to the public on the afternoon of October 29th.

The museum is located at Guotai Art Center (5th and 6th Floor) in the core area of Jiefangbei Business Center. It covers a total area of 8,000m2 and will hold various exhibitions throughout the year. Citizens are able to enter the museum free of charge.

On the same day, the unveiling ceremony for Chongqing Contemporary Art Museum and Chongqing Luozhongli Art Museum was also held.

Chongqing Contemporary Art Museum grows out of Art Museum of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute (SFAI) at Huangjueping; and Luozhongli Art Museum is located at Huxi Campus of SFAI and it will be completed by the end of 2014. (Translated by Zhang Xi, Fathom Language Limited)
