CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Map of the Famous Historical and Cultural Town was published on January 2nd, 2014, marking the location, features and traffic lines of 28 towns.

Since 2003, the nation has published five groups of famous historical towns and villages, involving 16 towns in Chongqing, with one national level famous town (Xituo Town in Shizhu) and 15 towns at municipal level.
