Nobel Rocket plant to be completed in 2014

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On 24th July, news from the Administrative Committee of Liangjiang New Area reported that infrastructure for a new automobile engine and chassis pipeline assembly plant of Chongqing's Nobel Rocket project has been completed. The Liangjiang New Area based plant, which established construction in 2013, is to be finished in this year and is expected to be in service the year after with an estimated output value of 210 million yuan.

It is reported that the Chongqing Nobel Rocket project is an automobile parts manufacturer, a joint venture invested in by companies ORHAN (the Netherlands), AIHOME (Seychelles), Gaosikang (Hong Kong) and Nobel Rocket (Fuzhou). Settled in Longxing Industrial Development Area, part of Liangjiang New Area, the project covers an area of around 30Mu (about 20,000m2) and is mainly engaged in the manufacture of advanced and environmental engines, gear boxes and fluid conveyance system for chassis. Investors plan for the plant to be in service by 2015, and is expected to manufacture 1,200,000 oil filling pipes, 500,000 power steering hoses, 1,000,000 turbocharger oil/water pipes and 1,000,000 other pipes, contributing to an overall output value of 210 million yuan.

With technological advancements in addition to a comprehensive R&D department, the Automobile City of Liangjiang New Area is predicted to be a key international automobile base with a capacity of 3,000,000-4,000,000pcs and an output value of 300-500 billion yuan by 2020.
