The Rendering of Chongqing International Financial Centre

Chongqing (CQNEWS) The Chongqing International Financial Centre (IFC), another Harbour City (a famous shopping centre in Hong Kong), will appear in Jiangbeizui next year.

The IFC is a comprehensive big project with the largest size, the highest grade, and the widest formation distribution in Jiangbeizui. Developed by Wharf Holdings and China Shipping (Group) Company, it covers an area of 660,000m², characterized by 5-A superior offices, high-end shopping centres, five star sky hotels, and recreational facilities. The buildings consist of five tower buildings, high-end one-stop shopping centres and centralized parking lots covering an area of 190,000m². The tallest 300-metre high tower building will be one of landmarks of Jiangbeizui when completed.

The main body of IFC is currently half finished. There will be about 800,000m² deliverable offices in the CBD of Jiangbeizui this year.
