Key bridge on Lanyu Railway opened to traffic

 A cargo train running on the Xinjingkou Jialing River Bridge on Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway. After four months of hard efforts, the Xinjingkou Jialing River Bridge was completed and put into service at 3 a.m. On 30th July. Covering a total length of 4,359 meters, the bridge is a key project along the railway. According to plans, the Chongqing section will be completed by the end of 2014, while the Hechuan-Sichuan section is set to be finished by the end of 2015. |
