25th August, at the Chongqing Grand Theatre in Jiangbei District, Wu Muye, a pianist who often tours France, is offering guidance to a piano student.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On 25th August, Wu Muye, a 28-year-old youth pianist who has already made a series of tours around France, helped to guide a number of child pianists in playing a few of Chopin's masterpieces. The pianist also offered invaluable advice to a dozen or more other young musicians and their parents at the Chongqing Grand Theatre.

In 2000, Wu Muye was admitted, with honors, to the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique in Paris to study music and piano. Studying under the French piano virtuoso, Jacques Rouvier, Wu has now been dubbed Europe's 'Goldfinger'. On 7th September, Wu will deliver his highly-anticipated piano recital at the Chongqing Grand Theatre, performing Chopin's no. 24 etude. (Translated by Li Jiali, Fathom Language Limited)
