LANZHOU, Oct. 20 (Xinhua) -- A vehicle collision in northwest China's Gansu Province killed four people on Monday afternoon, local authorities said.

A truck collided head-on with an electric car on a road in Yinji Township, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture at around 5:30 p.m., killing all four on the car, according to local police.

The cause of the accident is under investigation.
