CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The five-star cruise ship 'Chinese Goddess 2' (Hua Xia Shen Nv 2) was built by the Chongqing Damei Yangtze River Three Gorges Cruise Ship company, costing over 12 million yuan. It was launched at Chaotianmen wharf on November 1st and will make its first journey on 16th of this month.

'Chinese Goddess 2' has a total length of 120m, a width of 18.8m and a molded depth of 4.2m; its design speed is 25 km / h and the prescribed number of passengers is around 400. There are a total of 171 rooms (including business and standard rooms) as well as various entertainment facilities (including movie theaters, chess and card rooms, reading rooms and a gym). The cruise offers a weekly journey, by way of Fengdu ghost town, Zhongxian Shibaozhai, Xiao Shan Xia and other destinations.
