CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- On November 12th, the start of an in-depth cooperation in cloud computing and big data industry between Chongqing and Hewlett-Packard Development Company, L.P. (HP for short) launched.

After signing the big data MOU this July, the cooperation mainly includes three aspects: firstly, HP shall sign a 'Non-Traditional Financial Services Information Governance Platform Project' strategic framework agreement with the Financial Affairs Office of Chongqing, and also sign a 'Big Data Talent Education Project' strategic cooperation agreement with Liangjiang New Area, Chongqing University and Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. To promote the city’s cloud computing and big data industry from financial informatization and personnel training, China Hewlett-Packard Co., Ltd. Chongqing Branch is to be formally established. This shall form the key strategic layout for HP to develop cloud computing and big data in Chongqing. It will also coordinate the mutual development and operations in the two above items between the two parts; thirdly, the 'Longxuan Cloud Platform' (cooperated by HP and Chongqing Longxuan Rendering Technology Co., Ltd.) will be officially launched. HP shall then bring in internationally advanced rendering architecture and operational capabilities (serving Hollywood DreamWorks) to Chongqing, China.
