Xi’an logistics park gives Australian business people a tour

The Xi’an International Trade and Logistics Park, in the city of Xi’an, capital of Shaanxi province, played host to an Australian delegation from the city of Toowoomba, on Nov 12, who came to take a closer look at construction work in the park, where they visited a bonded zone area, customs area for cross-border e-commerce, railway container area and a planning hall where they commented favorably on the park’s structure and planning, and spoke about ways to cooperate.

A zone official, Yang Mingrui, said that in fact they look forward to cooperating with Toowoomba and can help transport Australian milk products, clothing, flour and other special products to Central Asia and even Europe via the Chang’an international freight train, which runs between Northwest China and Central Asia.

Escorting the guests on their tour were the zone’s Zhao Wangyue and Han Lingbing.
