There are a total of 136 campus football teams across Chongqing. According to plans, the city is set to further increase the amount of campus football teams in accordance with the standard of five-a-side games for primary schools, seven-a-side games for junior high schools and eleven-a-side games for senior high schools, aiming to cultivate at least 500,000 student football players by 2017.
