People enjoy leisure time at the ecological sport park by the Weihe River in Baoji, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, June 8, 2015. The 818-km Weihe River, the longest tributary of the Yellow River, had been seriously polluted over the past two decades as a result of waste discharges from paper mills and other high-polluting plants. After years of fight against pollution in the river, the ecological wetlands running for 100 kilometers along the river bank have been built in Baoji, a major industrial city in the river basin.
