Photo taken with a drone on May 22, 2015 shows a bullet train runs through grape trellis in the outskirts of Hami, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The 1,776-kilometer Lanxin high-speed railway was put into operation on Dec. 26, 2014, linking Lanzhou, capital of Gansu Province, Xining, capital of Qinghai Province, and Urumqi, all in northwest China. In 2015, aerial photos of the Xinjiang section of Lanxin high-speed railway were taken by an aerial photography group of Xinhua News Agency and various landforms of Xinjiang have been recorded.
