The Chongqing Financial Bureau recently announced that the municipal government has issued 342 million yuan as a special fund for developing local preschool education.

According to the standard of the fund, every child in private kindergartens will receive 500 yuan each year while those in state-run schools will receive 400 yuan. (CQNEWS)
