Conquered the bottleneck period

The training was bold and tedious. Liang said that he had courses six days a week, from 8:30 to 21:00 every day. Each class, the contents were almost the same. Furthermore, since he resigned his job and was far away from his hometown, he felt great psychological pressure. In the first two months, Liang made remarkable progress. But then he entered into a bottleneck period.

Liang’s bottleneck period last nearly three months; he made little or no progress and even fell behind during this period, which reduced his confidence. In this difficult period, the training agency organized activities like basketball, barbecue and singing for relaxation. With the encouragment of the instructor and the help of fellow students, Liang overcame the bottleneck and made greater progress.
