This is an authentic Beijing snack. Upon hearing the name for the first time, I thought it was a dish made from donkey meat, but the ingredients told me that Rolling Donkey had nothing to do with donkey at all! It got its name for the soybean flour scattered on the dish in the final production process, which is just like the yellow dust raised by a rolling wild donkey in the suburbs of old Peking.
