Chongqing & Sichuan’s “intangible cultural heritage”
The display boards introduced each intangible cultural heritage item with texts and pictures. Such excellent local intangible cultural heritages as the Dazu scissor-cuts, Dazu rock carvings, Dazu bamboo carvings, Dazu Chinese cabbage, Sanqutian bean jelly and Longshui ironware were displayed, and the inheritors showed the traditional process, attracting many tourists to observe, taste and purchase. In addition, Liangping bamboo curtain splints, the Luzhou Feierfen production process, Kelao wax printing, the Qianjiang dried beef production process and other representative intangible cultural heritages from Sichuan and Chongqing were displayed.

This exhibition ended on March 19. Except for the exhibition and sales of intangible cultural heritages, the corresponding performances were also carried out at Ruixiang Square and Drama Stage of Changzhou Ancient City. From March 14 to 16, the folk-custom show tour was performed at Ruixiang Square; and from March 11 to 10:00, March 19, the special performance was performed at Changzhou Ancient City, including the excerpts from the Sichuan opera and Mei’s boxing of Dazu, creating a feast of intangible cultural heritages for tourists.
