CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The other day, Hongfan Middle School held the opening ceremony for its 2017 Spring Sports Meeting. Students dressed as delegates from different countries around the world and various Chinese ethnicities and entered the meeting place at school.

“With the theme of ‘Ethnicities, Countries and the World’, students from Grade 7 will perform symbolic sports of different countries, while those from Grade 8 will deliver performances relating to traditional sports and games of different Chinese ethnicities,” said Zhu Yan, Deputy Director of Students’ Affairs Office of Hongfan Middle School. The Deputy Director held that students will not only know about sports around the world, but also inherit traditional sports in China.
