CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The third year of tea-picking festival in Jiangjin District, started recently at the tea base in Mao Mountain. The tourists are welcomed to there to enjoy the tea and experience picking, making and tasting the tea until May 8.

At an altitude of 600 meters, with mild climate and plenty of rainfall and soil containing selenium, Mao Mountain is located in the south of Jiangjin District, also one of the best spots for planting tea. So far, the production of selenium-containing tea is up to two million kilograms, together with bacon, bamboo roots and watermelon.
