Linglong (Small) Baozi (玲珑小包)

A famous baozi shop in Nanping, it has been opened many years and is located beside the Wanda Yule Building. People need to queue up every time and always take baozi away. You can see the steaming from far away. It is rare that the baozi is made of traditional sour dough. It has various kinds of fillings, including two classic sauced with fresh meat and others. Steamed dumplings, porridge with preserved egg and pork and porridge with mixed ingredients are also popular.

Jintangbao (金汤包)

The shop is not big. One table can serve four persons at most and there is also a row of tables for individual consumers. The shop started with soup baozi more than 10 years ago. The soup baozi is authentic in Chongqing and very tasty. The Jintangbao costs RMB 7 for a steamer. They also serve cream custard baozi, fresh/sauced meat baozi, purple sweet potato steamed bun and various cold dishes.
