CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Chongqing Luo Zhongli Art Museum is located on the Huxi Campus of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute. The exterior façade of the whole building is covered by colorful ceramic tiles. The huge character figures, trees and flowers in bold colors have a strong visual impact. All broken titles were “scraps” collected by Sichuan Fine Arts Institute from many factories. For the cheap materials, the cost of the exterior walls of the art museum is only 90 RMB per square meter, including the labor and other material costs.
