The “flash mob” showed their youthful vigor
This is the activity site of “flash mob”.
CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- At noon on May 4, there was a great hustle and bustle before the gate of the Student Center at Southwest University of Political Science and Law—more than 150 students performed a flash mob dance. This flash mob activity was to celebrate “China’s Youth Day”.
At the gate, performers from the school street-dance team, Latin dance team, and cheerleading team came on stage in turn. The street-dance group of 16 dancers led the whole show: dancers with white tops and jeans followed the rhythmic music and expressed their youthful vigor. Then five female Latin dancers kindled the enthusiasm of spectators with their skilled and precise movements; finally, the cheerleading team, once showing and shining on the opening ceremony of SWUPL, showed their stunts once more—boys throwing girls into the air, winning tremendous applause.
“I am very glad to have this opportunity to show my talents and skills before so many fellow students and teachers. And in this flash mob activity, the school’s cheerleading team, the strong item in our school, can be made more popular among students,” said Liang Wenjian, a member in school Latin team.
