With the addition of the new Metro Line 4 coming into service, Chengdu’s Wenjiang district has announced that another four bus lines also be initialized to bring even greater convenience to Chengdu’s citizens.

According to the Wenjiang District Ministry of Transport, the program will bring two inner-district and two outer-district bus lines into service. Several other bus lines will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate the new route additions.

The new bus lines are expected to be operational in tandem with the second stage of Metro Line 4.
