Front-line workers at Xi'an airport undergoes training on heat-prevention
Battling a record high heat of up to 41 degrees, the ground crew members at the Xi'an Xianyang International Airport received heatstroke preventives from the airport authority on July 19.
The preventives including Chinese traditional liquid herbal and cooling oil came in time as the ground temperature at runways and parking lots had risen to 60 degrees.
Medics also advocated heat prevention knowledge to the ground workers, and advised them to take sufficient rest.
