Trial operation

There will be a trial run without any passengers at the end of September.

According to the cultural building plan of Chongqing transport line, Line 5 is themed on impression of Chongqing. Part of stations will be decorated with wall paintings, pictures and reliefs to show unique symbols with Chongqing characteristics, such as high-rise buildings established on the sides of river and old style groups of suspended buildings.

According to Chongqing Municipal Commission of Urban-Rural Development, the first-stage northern section of Line 5 will make a test run without passengers at the end of September.

There are ten underground stations in the first-stage northern section of Line 5: Yuanbozhongxin, Danhe, Huxiajie, Chongguang, Hemulu, Renhe, Xingfuguangchang, Ranjiaba, Dalongshan and Dashiba.

Three stations to transfer to other lines from Line 5. You can transfer long-dated Line 15, in Huxiajie Station, Line 6, loop line in Ranjiaba Station, and Line 6 in Dalongshan Station respectively.

It should be noted that it is 200m away from Yuanbozhongxin Station to Yuanboyuan Station of Line 3. There is a reserved transfer passageway between these two stations, which wasn’t built until now.
