CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Director Han Yan, who submitted his film Go Away, Mr. Tumor (a 510 million yuan box office hit) for Best Foreign Language Film in the 88th Academy Awards on behalf of China’s Mainland in 2015,finished filming his new work, Animal World. The film was the outcome of five months of effort by over 1,700 staff, and the film has begun the post-production stage.

The film Animal World is adapted from the cartoon Ultimate Survivor Kaiji written by Nobuyuki Fukumoto. An adorable gorilla wearing the clown makeup in the movie poster makes the film more mysterious.
