2017 China Squash Tour (Chongqing Station) was closed at MIKI Squash Club.

CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The 2017 China Squash Tour (Chongqing Station) ended at the MIKI Squash Club, Jiulongpo District. About 80 players from ten cities nationwide competed in multiple groups for two days.

As an indoor sport requiring players to strike a ball against a wall, squash has been included in all large-scale comprehensive sports meetings except the Olympic Games. As squash may burn numerous calories and is played indoors, it is praised as “King of Indoor Sports” and favored by lots of sports enthusiasts.

Sponsored by the Small Ball Sports Management Center of General Administration of Sport of China and the Chinese Squash Association, the China Squash Tour is held in four stations. Chongqing is the last station for qualification trials after Guangzhou and Beijing. Players with a high point ranking in the first three stations may qualify for the final, which will be held in October in Nanjing.
