“The Intersection of Civilization – The Mediterranean World from Ancient Egypt to the Byzantine Empire” exhibition was recently held at the Three Gorges Museum. There are over 500 fine cultural relics from 18 Italian museums on display. Many of Italy’s most treasured relics, like a bronze sculpture of Apollo’s head, can be seen in China for the first time. Visitors to the exhibit can view the peak of sculptural art from Greece and Italy from ancient times. (CQNEWS)
