CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The 10th Chinese Valentine’s Festival kicked off at the Simian Mountain Scenic Attraction(四面山景区). About 300 couples from Beijing and Shanghai took the Train Of Love to Chongqing during the period of time from August 26 to 28, for a special journey of love and to experience the culture of Chinese Valentine’s Day.

Yet supported by a walking stick, the couples still hold tight the hand of each other. It is a common scene at the Ladder of Love. They climb stairs with hands held tight.

“Go to the Simian Mountain to Climb Ladder of Love” has become a meaningful tourist route. Many people across China are attracted every year by its fame, which has resulted in the increase of Jiangjin Districts’ consolidated revenue from less than one billion in 2008 to over 9 billion in 2016.
