A festival gala took place at Wulanqiate Theater in Hohhot on Aug 28, highlighting ethnic traditions and grassland culture in Inner Mongolia.

During the grassland festival, classical musicals and dramas were performed on stage, including Monument on the Grassland, Heroic Little Sisters on the Grassland, Our Ulanmuchi, and Fantastic Nadam.

Established in 2004, Inner Mongolia Grassland Cultural Festival is dedicated to promoting ethnic customs through art performances.
