The 2017 Hechuan Diaoyu Fortress Tourism & Leisure Culture Festival opened on September 8 at the Hechuan District People’s Square. There are 19 activities in four parts including Jialing River Fishing Contest, Dragon Boat Race, and Beer & Food Festival which will take place during the next five days.
