To build two steel bridge corridors

Xinhua Sincere Center is located at Guanyinqiao Business Center. Two aerial corridors will be built here to connect Star & Light 68, Xinhua Sincere Center and Guangyu Mansion successively so as to facilitate customers to visit these malls without shuttling in and out.

The two aerial corridors will be made of steel bridges. Cantilever structure was applied to the aerial corridor between Guangyu Mansion and Xinhua Sincere Center with 17 meter long, connecting the 10th floor of the former and 8th floor of the later. Another aerial corridor is about twenty meters long, connecting the second floor of Xinhua Sincere Center with the second floor of Star & Light 68.

The largest "shopping mall aquarium" in Asia

One giant fishbowl with a diameter of 12 meters was also designed for Xinhua Sincere Center, which can be called the largest "shopping mall aquarium" in Asia. The aquarium not only provides numerous ocean creatures but also diving training for people.

Because the seawater is corrosive and easy to leak, the higher impermeability quality of the building is required. In order to protect the aquarium foundation from seawater corrosion, thickness of the protective layer rebar has been built to 10 centimeters.
