There is one of the most eye-catching architectural complexes in Jiuli. The stilted building was built leaning against the mountains with more than 300 rooms and 81-meter drops. It's called the largest stilted building in China. There is a quadrangle courtyard under the mountain, which is the largest in China. Old stones with a diameter of three meters bricked the Miao’s sacrificial columns. Thirty-six hall ghosts and 72 hall immortals were carved on the column. Having a total of 108 images make it the No.1 sacrificial column in China. Another first of Miao's architectural culture is the Nine-tier Gate which has nine tiers made by stones and represents nine tribes. The dragon-welcoming hall in Miao's Jiuli Palace can be called the highest hall in China with a 9.9-meter-high gate, almost as high as three stories. With a 3-meter-wide and 9-meter-long horizontal inscribed board on the top of gate, the whole building looks magnificent and grand. After entering Jiuli, tourists should pass through a 120-meter-long mysterious aisle.

Yongchuan Tea Mountain Bamboo Forest is a national AAAA level scenic spot and national forest park. It's the national chess team training base and the only domestic shooting location for the sword-play movie House of Flying Daggers. Because of the name "Qishan" granted by Zhu Geliang, it is known as "the first recluse mountain in the world". It is located two kilometers north of Yongchuan District with an area of 116 square kilometers. It boasts of a 20,000 mu tea plantation and 50,000 mu of bamboo forests, which forms the rare tea & bamboo symbiosis landscape. With a high forest coverage rate of 97% and negative oxygen ions per cubic centimeter as high as 20,000, it deserves the name of "Natural Oxygen Bar".
