3. Concord International Centre (301.75m)

As a landmark building of Chongqing, the Concord International Centre (CIC) was financed by Chongqing Yongde Real Estate (Hong Kong-invested) and designed by GENSLER, which also designed the Shanghai Tower. Covering a construction area of 170,000m2, with height of 301.75m, the building has 68 floors and contains four zones: underground “intelligent” parking garage, international top-level shopping center, 5A offices and the INDIGO hotel.

4. Yingli International Financial Center (288m)

Locating at Shizijin Street, Jiefangbei, the Yingli International Financial Center is next to the J.W. Marriot and Howard Johnson, two international five-star hotels. It was built by Yingli Real Estate in 2011 and is 288m tall with 56 floors.

5. HNA Chongqing Center (286.8m)

HNA Chongqing Center (HCC) is located at 235 Minsheng Road, Yuzhong District (the former location of “Chongqing Hotel”), at the junction of Linjiangmen and Minsheng Road. It is 286.8m tall with 61 floors above ground and six floors (B1-B6) underground. It is the building with the highest skyline in Jiefangbei due to its location.
