CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The first play “Answer”, themed on the water of the Mountain City will be premier at the Grand Theatre at 19:30 on October 18th.

The play is directed by the famous Jia Ding and planned by military singer and “daughter of Jialing River” Zhang Mai. Jia Ding, Zhang Mai and the production team held a press conference before it opened. “Answer” is a four act play which tells a story of an old person and two young people who follow a map found in a drifting bottle. They walk from Chaotianmen wharf to Wuling Mountian to find the water of life and the true meaning of life. Three famous bel canto singers — Wang Ying, Wang Chuanyue and Zhang Xueliang — join pop singer Zhang Mai as the top cast. (Translated by Ma Shuangshuang, Fathom Language Limited)
