Xi'an International Trade and Logistics (ITL) Park hosted a job fair on Oct 14 to attract new candidates and to coordinate the area's surplus staff.

A joint effort of Xi'an Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the ITL's management committee, the fair presented 2,600 positions from 122 companies to job-seeking attendees eager to work in e-commerce, modern logistics, network technology and property.

Prominent names such as the e-commerce leader JD.com's northwestern branch, integrated commodity trade center Xi'an China South City, and Xi'an Lugang Property Management Company attended the job fair.

The fair also aimed to help relocate redundant workers to companies with employment opportunities, getting more talents involved in the construction of the ITL park.

"It's the career development prospect that attracts me a lot," said Zhang Leilei, a 2015 graduate with two years' experience in the internet industry.
