CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- The world’s most popular art expo, Affordable Art Fair, was held in Stockholm from October 11th to 15th. At this year's art fair, there is a sweet Chinese girl that attracts art lovers from all over the world. She is Gan Tian, 29, from Chongqing. She represented the old Swedish print brand Grafikens Hus at in the art fair, helping art lovers to experience hand-made rubber seals and letterpress prints. Gan Tian is the first Chongqing girl to participate in the Affordable Art Fair.

At the just-finished Affordable Art Fair in Stockholm, the open studio of Gan Tian was the most popular "booth". Hundreds of art lovers from all over the world experienced the process of making rubber seals and prints under her guidance within the four days of the activity. She also sold nearly a hundred sets of original products designed by herself.

Gan Tian was born in Jiulongpo District, Chongqing in 1988. In eight years in Stockholm, she has gone from a normal overseas student to being an independent designer of some renown in Swedish artistic circles.

Gan Tian told reporters that her best works of jellygraph print and rubber seals belong to the art category of relief printing. This kind of slightly unpopular art creation integrates many aspects of art, such as design, painting, sculpture and handwork. Thanks to the strong personal style in her works, Gan Tian soon stood out in the country which advocates originality and design.

For many years, people who have invited Gan Tian to make seals and prints came from France, Italy, etc. Lately, her fame has begun to attract customers from the United States and Canada as well.
