CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Qin Tingguang, 72, born in Caiyuanba, Yuzhong District, has been obsessed with art since childhood. He entered the Attached High School of Sichuan Fine Arts Institute in 1962 and became a classmate of Luo Zhongli. After graduation, Mr. Qin didn’t become an artist (he was assigned to Tongliang Movie Company and Tongliang Newspaper Office as an art editor), but he never give up painting in his life. Mr. Qin painted 44 brush paintings of old Chongqing from his memory, taking more than four years. He hopes these paintings can let young people know about old Chongqing and let the old generation remember their past.
