First stop: Deyang Dry Pot 德阳干锅

Among dry pots in Sichuan, Deyang Dry Pot is the best. It is delicious, cheap and in good serving size.

Second stop: Mianyang Lengzhanzhan (cold dipping) 绵阳冷沾沾

Lengzhanzhan is a specialty of Mianyang and very popular among Mianyang foodies. The toothpick food dipped in chilli sauce tastes very delicious.

Third stop: Jianmen tofu feast 剑门豆腐宴

As the saying goes: “The trip in Jianmen Pass without tofu feast is in vain.” So if you visit Jianmen Pass, you must try the tofu feast.

Fourth stop: Hanzhong Hot Mianpi 汉中热面皮

Hanzhong Hot Mianpi is a delicious local delicacy in Hanzhong. It is called Mianpi (flour pieces), but actually it is made of rice and tastes soft, glutinous and spicy.
