Recently, the chairman of the All-China Philatelic Federation, Yang Limin, conducted a conversazione and field visit to investigate the activities of the Chongqing philatelic organization. The Youth Post Office of Tianxing Primary School was established in May 2013. There are special philatelic counselors who are responsible for the work of the post office. The headmaster, Gao, said: "no matter general staffs or postmaster is acted by students; besides, the post office uniform was also produced." Students can use their spare time to send letters or postcards in the post office and also learn about stamp collecting.

In addition, philatelic group and philatelic societies were established in class and school respectively. They hold activities every week, designing envelopes, stamps, commemorative postmarks and postcards.
