CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- Snowflakes are a perfect match for winter. Chongqing is located in southern China, where the latitude is relatively low, but high-altitude areas have several months of snowfall at the end of each year due to the mountains and hills in Chongqing. Recently, the Chongqing Urban Planning Bureau and Geographic Information Center jointly released the Map of Chongqing Ski Resorts. Let’s enjoy the snow spots and have fun in the winter.

Over the past decade or so, Chongqing ice-snow tourism resources have been rapidly developed. Ski resorts have been developed from nothing and then to better. Skiing has been gradually popular. When snow falls in winter, black-and-white landscape paintings different from plains in northern area will appear among high mountains and valleys in Chongqing and there are different sizes of ski resorts among them. Additionally, the favorable natural conditions for snow accumulation, rich entertainments and perfect supporting services make it a good place for Chongqing citizens and people around to enjoy and play with snow.
