1. Wulong Fairy Mountain Ski Resort 武隆仙女山滑雪场  

From every November to February next year, the entire Fairy Mountain Scenic Area where the Fairy Mountain Ski Resort is located will be covered by ice and snow, with the average temperature in winter below 0℃ and average snow thickness around 40cm. It is honored as “snowfield in south China”. Currently, there are 4 excellent ski trails in the ski field, with width per trail of 65m and average length of 500m, covering 120,000m2. It is one of the largest low-latitude ski fields in China.

2. Jinfo Mountain Qianniuping Ski Resort 金佛山牵牛坪滑雪场

Qianniuping Ski Resort is located between West Slope Cableway’s upper station and Qianniuping of Jinfo Mountain, at an altitude around 2,000 meters. With the snowpack period in winter up to 4 months, it is the best mountain ski resort with the highest altitude and best snow accumulation conditions in Chongqing. It boasts many different skiing sections and snowfield recreation facilities and can satisfy different tourists’ demands for enjoying and playing in the snow.

3. Fengdu Nantian Lake International Ski Resort 丰都南天湖国际滑雪场

Nantian Lake International Ski Resort is located in Fengdu Nantian Lake Scenic Area, at an altitude around 1,800 meters. The Ski Resort not only has advanced, intermediate and elementary ski trails, but also has skilling school that can provide professional skiing courses for skiing amateurs at different ages. It is also Chongqing’s first ski resort that can undertake international professional skiing events.

4. Shizhu Baitianchi Ski Resort 石柱白天池滑雪场

Baitianchi Ski Resort is located at Balong Village, Lengshui Town, Shizhu County, at an altitude of 1,500 meters and covering an area over 5,000mu. Relying on the natural environment, the Ski Resort has elementary and intermediate ski trails, ski ring and snow entertainment area and can accommodate 5,000 persons to ski and paly at the same time. In addition to ordinary snowboard and ski, Baitianchi Ski Resort also supports multiple interesting skiing programs such as snow tubing, snow assault boat and snow biking.

5. Fengjie Maocaoba Ski Resort 奉节茅草坝滑雪场

Maocaoba Ski Resort is located as Xinglong Town, Fengjie, covering an area of 60,000m2, divided into core skiing area, ice-snow theme park and leisure service area. It has elementary and intermediate ski trails with the gradient between 5 to 15 degrees, which are safe and interesting.
