Caiyunhu National Wetland Park 彩云湖国家湿地公园

Caiyunhu Wetland Park is the first national wetland park in Chongqing, while the Caiyunhu Reservoir is the largest constructed wetland in Chongqing downtown. Located on a steep land surrounded by water in three directions, Caiyunhu Wetland Park is a fantastic place to eat peaches and plums as well as observe egrets in summer.

Guanyintang Wetland Park 观音塘国家湿地公园

Known for its historical complexity, Guanyintang Wetland Park has nine pseudo-classic architectures and numerous characteristic pavilions, buildings and towers named after the “eight major sights in Bishan”. A No. 1 Scholar Bridge is also found in the Park, on which the great masterpieces of famous artists and poets reflecting the history of Bishan are exhibited. You may touch Bishan’s 1,200 year history when walking on the bridge.

In addition, the 30m high cascading waterfall is an ideal place to avoid summer heat. You may spend more than two hours going through the whole park and clean your lungs.
