January 4 was the second camping drill day for the Chongqing Armed Police Corps. The Corps received the information that 40 armed “terrorists” were hiding in a residential building on a highland in Zhuziya to conspire terrorist attack. The superior required the corps to encircle and suppress the “terrorists” on the spot.

Judging the direction, scouting the terrain, determining the tactics and spreading the forces secretly… Over a thousand soldiers switched from rapid march into combat state to block main entrances of the highland and occupied the commanding heights. The scout team immediately carried out aerial reconnaissance for the surrounding terrain and activities of the “terrorists” by unmanned aerial vehicles and several fighting groups encircled the targets from different directions.
