CHONGQING (CQNEWS) -- According to Chongqing Chengkou Forestry Administration, Chongqing Bashan Lake National Wetland Park has passed the acceptance check as one of the 2017 pilot national wetland parks and has officially become a “national wetland park”.

To protect wetlands all around and promote the development of the economy and society, the State Forestry Administration evaluated 107 pilot national wetland parks and 84 pilot parks including Bashan Lake National Wetland Park and Liangping Shuanggui National Wetland Park. They both have passed the acceptance check.

Chongqing Bashan Lake National Wetland Park is equipped with 11km of footpaths, eight ecological parking lots and six bio-toilets. The hotels and country houses in or surrounding the park offer broadband and WIFI. (Translated by Ma Shuangshuang, Fathom Language Limited)
