At the initial stage, Chongqing Section selected the staff for two rounds as per the opening plan of the new railway, prepared over 200 reserved applicants who attended a 30-day service training on time schedule, railway overview, security control and other topics.

According to Zeng Yong, from the Police Dog Team of Chongqing Railway Public Security Office, “Judy” will search the baggage of passengers at the entrance. Passengers will be able to buy goods on train via WeChat or Alipay payment after the opening of Chongqing – Guizhou Railway. In addition, the train will have a service carriage providing workbox, power bank, disposable raincoat, U-shaped pillow, and other items for travelers.

For the elderly, children, the sick, and the pregnant, it will provide 4-color service cards, with each color standing for different passenger categories. The card will be hung over the seat to remind train attendants to take care of the corresponding passenger, and of other passengers so that the key services can be provided.
